We hope your jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange or refund, you may return your item within 10 days of its shipment for Refund, less shipping & Restocking fees. Or exchange it within 15 days.

All exchanges are FULL VALUE exchange. We will work with you to get the right product if you like to exchange for Bigger, Smaller or Any Modification. ( AT NO EXTRA COST )

10 days for full refund starting the day you receive your jewelry. After 10 days,15 day exchange policy will apply. You will have full 10 days to decide to keep the product or return for full refund.

NOTE: Since we do NOT use the same jewelry to resell to other customers.( Hypoallergenic Health Reason )  We will need to RECYCLE All Jewelry & Restocking Fee Will Apply On The Following Materials.




All Items ordered 2 or more & Returned All For Refund: 30% Restocking Fee

Shipping Fat Fee Will Be Deduced 8.99 Dollars On All Returns.

Refunds will only be credited in the same manner as the original payment. For credit card purchases, the refunds will be posted to the original card that was used for the purchase. No exceptions. Refunds are generally issued in 10 business days.

Restocking Fees of 20% will apply to the following conditions:

Items not returned in brand new, saleable condition and show signs of wear.

Ladies ring sizes below a 6 or above a 7.

Men's ring sizes below a 9 or above a 10.

Items returned without the original packaging, or if original packaging is damaged or altered. (Original packaging refers to jewelry gift box and outer box). Will Not Qualify For Refund.

Special Orders ( There will be No Refund on all Special Orders. What is special order? When you send us a picture or we design a ring for you).

Stock Items ( 10 days for full refund starting the day you receive your jewelry. After 10 days 15 days exchange policy).

What Are Stock Items? When a ring listed as is no changes required.

Platinum Returns (15 days for full refund starting the day you receive your jewelry. After 10 days 15 days exchange policy).

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Accepting Returns
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all diamonds, jewelry. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, (unless engraved incorrectly by CZJEWELRY), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved by CZJEWELRY was not engraved with the letters specified in your order, we will send you a new item engraved with the correct letters. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.

Exchanging Your Order
Exchanges are simple. You can return your jewelry item within 15 days of shipment from CZJEWELRY, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.Please note exchanges 1 time only. After exchange there will be no refunds.

Returning Your Order
CZJEWELRY merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a  jewelry item to CZJEWELRY.COM, follow the checklist below: Shipping Fees are Non Refundable.

VIA Email CZJEWELRY.com customer service for a Return Authorization Code. You do need RMA otherwise package will be refused. Email Us At Contact@Czjewelry.com

Secure your  jewelry inside the original jewel box or bag. Fill out the reverse form.
Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. 

Place it all inside a small cardboard shipping box, and cover the entire box with paper mailing tape (available at your local post office).
A return box may have been included in your original package. You can also use a box from you local Post Office. Paper mailing tape is required so that ink stamps will print on your package.

Write your Return Authorization Code on the Returns Label that came with your Packing Slip. If you do not have a Returns Label, just write the Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.

Ship the item by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item.
Please request a return receipt for your records. (Note: FedEx® will not insure valuable jewelry.)
We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within three days of this notification. Refund will appear on your next statement. (Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.)
